Pierre hairdressing career spans over 22 years. Trained in the Sassoon method of precision cutting as well as the hands free cutting techniques of the Tony & Guy method. This gives Pierre a well rounded set of skills. Pierre says “it’s one thing to declare that you will achieve the chosen haircut design, its another to have the experience and ability to execute the haircut. Anyone can cut hair to make hair shorter, but it takes haircutting mastery to create shape! His main area of service are creative cutting, dimensional coloring and balayages. When you visit the salon you may meet Milo the Wire Fox Terrier who is 3 years old. Milo goes to daycare 3 days a week, so hopefully he is present when you visit the salon.

Razma Zafari is a certified hair stylist specializing in precision cutting and modern balayage. With formal training from VCC and Suki’s Advanced Academy, she combines technical expertise with an artistic eye to create customized looks tailored to each client’s features and lifestyle.
Razma has been with us since 2017, building a loyal clientele through consistency, and attention to detail.
Her goal is simple: healthy hair, seamless blends, and impeccable results.

Marilou
Junior Stylist
Marilou Henric is a rising talent in her first year as a Junior Stylist at Salon Chez Pierre, Currently enrolled at the John Casablancas Institute in Vancouver, BC, Marilou is rapidly building a strong technical foundation while developing her own creative voice in the world of hairstyling.
She recently completed the prestigious “12-Week Haircutting Challenge” led by world-renowned educator Vivienne Mackinder in New York-an advanced program that has sharpened her precision cutting, consultation skills, and attention to detail.
Marilou brings a warm, attentive approach to every appointment. Her clients often describe her as sweet, patient, and highly tuned in to their needs.
